However, we are continuously working with Banks and other payment gateway service providers to reduce the conversion fee that they might levy on users using their services. Along with Bank Charges only if concerned country policies demand we collect taxes; otherwise, no additional charges were collected from any user. Therefore, we are against collecting unnecessary charges through this platform.

To encourage more premium users to enjoy the freedom of Zero service charge, we have a waiting period of 10 days for all free plan users. For premium users, there is no waiting period. Since we have a direct customer billing feature, once the client approves the service delivery, the funds will be credited to the service provider account. From there, it is the service provider's discretion when to withdraw the funds to his bank account. So, technically speaking, there is no waiting period for Premium users.

Once the client approves the project delivery, immediately, the payment is released and credited to the service provider's wallet.

Through this Profile Promotion feature, Our artificial intelligence technology will automatically promote the service provider profiles based on the clients' search history; through this feature, the visibility of the service provider profile increases. This feature is free for all users.

Offer is a service that the service provider would like to provide service at a specific price to attract their customers. These are predefined services offered by the service provider. e.g., A service provider can offer a logo design at 5USD or a blog page design at 50USD; like these, based on the category the service provider chooses, he can add as many offers he wants to promote.

If the service provider is under a free plan, he can showcase a maximum of four offers while there is no cap for the premium plan users.

Yes, there is a difference between these two. Offer is a predefined service that a service provider will be displaying on his profile, while the Proposal is a bid that the service provider sends to the project posted by the clients.

Sometimes the service provider might be overloaded with orders or might get blocked at a given point in development of a project in such cases if he wants to hire a person from the available project partner list, he can hire him and make him a partner of that project and pay him as per the agreed amount. Once the project closes the contract between these two will come to an end. There is no facility extend the contract between these two users. Both the users will be working on cases to case basis.
